Come worship with us  in a casual relaxed atmosphere of love and caring.
We welcome you to join us.

Message from Fr. Laird:

Dear friends in Christ,
A blessed Epiphany to all of you! I pray your Christmas celebration was joyous and meaningful, and that you're all managing to stay safe and healthy during these challenging times.

As for Sunday worship, the directive from Bishop Bascom received yesterday keeps in place the protocols established in December. That means we are prohibited from indoor, in-person worship if/when state statistics indicate that our county's test-positivity rate for COVID-19 is at or above 10 percent. In the latest figures, released Dec. 30, Wyandotte County was at 12.97 percent. So, simply put, for the time being we can offer ONLY online worship via the parish Facebook page.

So I must request that only the following people be present at St. Martin's for weekly Sunday worship:
1. The priest/officiant.
2. The organist.
3. The camera operator.
4. The scheduled lay reader.

No exceptions will be allowed in any event. As much as it pains me to tell anyone to stay away from church for any reason, these measures must be taken to maximize the health and safety of our parish family and others with whom they interact. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Be blessed today and always, and stay safe.
Fr. Laird M+
